The WeldPack® is the ultimate evolution of Welded Plate Heat Exchangers: it reaches peak performances when other Welded Plate Heat Exchangers just stop to fit, thanks to its unique geometry and welding system.

WELDPACK CAN OPERATE AT PRESSURES FULL VACUUM (FV) - 50 BARG DEPENDING ON MODEL, AND TEMPERATURES UP TO 400 °C

WeldPack - is a breakthrough in heat exchanger technology, is fully developed and patented by Vitherm, and is manufactured in a state of the art facility in Grenoble, France. It is a compact solution to work in high operating pressures, and high or low operating temperatures.

Specially designed corrugated plates promote very high turbulence which allows up to five times greater heat transfer efficiency when compared to shell-and-tube heat exchangers. The plates are designed to minimise fouling which in turn reduces maintenance needs significantly. And this leeds to reduction of operating and service costs consiquently.
